And this is how it works:

Step 1

Firstly, wrap the metal ring 15 cm ø with the black satin ribbon. Always keep a distance between the wrappings of about 5 mm, so that the golden metal ring is visible and affix the beginning and the end of the tape with the hot-melt adhesive on the ring.

Step 2

For the suspension, cut off about 70 cm of the golden lurex tape and tie both metal rings together at one point and attach a loop at the end of the two ribbons. Now hang up the rings at a suitable place.

Step 3

Cut the remaining ribbons and the decorative string into approx. 50 cm pieces and glue them onto the outer ring at the lower area with the hot-melt adhesive as shown in the illustration. Glue also black tassels and decorative feathers to the ribbons or rather the metal rings with the hot-melt adhesive.
