Step 1
Spray the paper lantern with heather violet-coloured spray. Maintain sufficient distance during spraying and rotate the paper lantern evenly and smoothly. Put the organza ribbon horizontally around the middle of the paper lantern and affix it with the paper glue. Stick firmly the confetti onto the organza ribbon at 4 spots and attach the paper blossoms to them. Cut a 35 × 6 cm piece of tissue paper for the fringes and then cut 1 cm wide strips lengthwise, leaving a 5 cm free area (crosspiece) in the middle. Fold the paper at this crosspiece and spin around, fold it up and fasten to the lower iron wire bracket of the paper lantern. Then put the ribbons on.
