And this is how it works:

Step 1

Stick the cutting pattern B together to the dashed line (B1+B2).

The cutting pattern can be found in the PDF version of the Craft Idea. Just download it.

Step 2

Cut the plush fabric on the fold using the cutting pattern.

Step 3

For the styrofoam cone, slit lengthwise from the tip to the lower edge by means of the precision craft cutter.

Step 4

Affix the extra strong double-sided adhesive tape to the lower edge of the styrofoam cone.

Step 5

Use the scissors to pierce a hole at the bottom of the styrofoam cone onto which the decorative wooden disc will later be glued.

Step 6

Place the long side of the plush fabric along the slit and insert the plush fabric into the slit by means of the open scissors.

Step 7

Affix the lower edge of the plush fabric to the adhesive tape and then insert the other long edge into the slit.

Step 8

Cut out a circle (according to the size of the bottom of the styrofoam cone) from the felt sheet. In the latter, cut a small hole in the middle in the size (diameter) of the trunk.

Step 9

Use the mini hot-melt glue gun to glue the round felt pad to the bottom of the styrofoam cone. Stick the decorative wooden disc into the opening.

Step 10

Finally, glue the wooden star on the top of the tree.
