The water-based pearl shimmer medium produces a delicate pearly shimmer. Once mixed with DecoArt All-purpose paints (item no.,38000) in a mixing ratio of 1:1, you will achieve a light shimmer. In order to achieve a more intense shine, apply it to the dried-out paint coat. For a particularly uniform effect, you can apply the medium with a sponge.
