Instructions:
Stick the stencil to the substrate with non-permanent spray adhesive or masking tape. Apply the paint by means of a stencil brush or sponge. Dab off any excess paint before stenciling to avoid that the paint runs under the stencil. In order to achieve the Shabby Chic and Vintage look, you can slightly roughen the dried paint with sandpaper and sand it down a bit.

Stencil cleaning:
Remove and clean the stencil immediately after stenciling. This guarantees clean motifs. Simply clean the stencil with water. Once the paint has dried out, put the stencil in water for a few minutes and rub it slightly off with a sponge.
