Have fun making this nest box and observing its inhabitants - the birds! This nest box offers you the opportunity to observe from a short viewing distance wild birds building their nests, breeding and their fledgling flying out, and you are thus contributing to the bird protection in an almost playful way. An info sheet for observing the breeding birds is also included in the pack. It provides information on distinctive features, nest-building, eggs, breeding-/hatching-time and feed supply.

Construction kit for making a nest box measuring 19 x 14 x 25 cm (length x depth x height). The entrance hole has a diameter of 3.2 cm and is ideal for robins, great tits, redstarts, house sparrows etc. The front side of the nest box can be slid open for cleaning.

TIP: You can create a true bird paradise by offering the birds in addition the bird feeder (item no.70052505) to match the nest box.

Craft kit contents: 5 wooden parts (shell), 1 wooden plank (front side) with entrance hole (ø 3.2 cm), 1 wooden plank (rear side), 17 nails (1.5 cm, ø 1 mm), 2 L-shaped hook screws, info sheet about wild game birds.

The single parts must simply be assembled by nailing them together. In addition, you will need a hammer, glue and paint if desired. The wood is FSC certified: the international certification system for sustainable, responsible forest management.
