Instructions in 9 steps On this ordinary wooden tray, the two balls look elegant and modern. The apricot-coloured Chalky Finish paint for one ball, the other gets a mirror effect foil inside and a LED string of lights.

Besides the articles listed below, you also need: Batteries: 2 x lithium button cell 3V

And this is how it works:

Step 1: Illumination of the ball

Dab inside one half of the faceted ball with the glue for foil by means of the sponge stamp. Let the glue dry transparent out.

Step 2

Lay the foil with the metallic side facing up in the half-ball and press it with fingers.

Step 3

Strip the rest of the foil away and repeat the procedure until the surface completely covered is.

Step 4

Form the fairy lights into a loose ball by hands and secure it at the upper crosspiece. Close the ball.

Step 5: The ball in Chalky Finish salmon-coloured paint

Mix the Chalky colour tint apricot and powder pink in a mixing ratio of 4:1 and dab richly the ball from inside with the sponge stamp.

Step 6

Before closing, let the ball dry well out.

Step 7: Wooden tray

Paint the wooden tray with the brush and the anthracite Chalky Finish paint.

Step 8

Let the colour dry well out. Wipe the mixture out of the white paint and the cream-wax over the entire wooden tray with a wet paint pad. As a result, a limed appearance arises.
