Instructions in 4 steps Make a wintry garland with snowmen, fir trees and twinkling stars out of tinted cardboard and crush paper.

And this is how it works:

Step 1

Cut out the required pattern pieces from the craft paper using the cutting template.

The cutting pattern can be found in the PDF version of the Craft Idea. Just download it.

Step 2

Glue the individual pattern pieces together.

Step 3

Using e.g. a sewing needle, poke a hole at the tip of each star. Thread the red and the white yarn through the hole and thread on an additional wooden bead.

Step 4

Now you can string the garland to your liking. It’s best to use a sewing needle when stringing, this way you can pierce the snowballs more easily.

Tip: If you glue a small crosspiece made from a strip of paper to the back of the snowman‘s hat and at the top of the tree, the snowman and the tree will hang more nicely on the garland.
