Silicone casting mould „Hase“ (ø 5.2 cm, 12 cm high)
Ideal for casting with Raysin (necessary amount: about 180 g), creative-cement or creative-cement 5in1 (necessary amount: about 220 g). Also great for casting with wax (e.g. item no.3107202) or epoxy resin (e.g. item no.34451000).
Silicone casting mould „Häschen“ (ø 4.2 cm, 9.4 cm high)
Ideal for casting with Raysin (necessary amount: about 140 g), creative-cement or creative-cement 5in1 (necessary amount: about 160 g). Also great for casting with wax (e.g. item no.3107202) or epoxy resin (e.g. item no.34451000).
The casting moulds are made of high-quality silicone, extremely elastic, dimensionally stable and frost- and heat-resistant (from -40°C to +240°C).
Tips for use:
Before use, rinse the mould with water. No release agent such as cooking oil or the like is required.
If you choose to cast with Raysin, you must allow the cast piece to dry in the casting mould for longer than with other materials. We recommend drying for 8 hours, but it would be best to leave the little bunny to dry overnight. Thus, Raysin hardens optimally, which greatly facilitates demoulding afterwards. The mould must then be removed as follows: carefully (and as slowly as possible) lift the casting mould upwards in the direction of the ears.
Clean the mould afterwards with water and some dishwashing detergent – thus, it retains its shape and can be reused.
The most suitable paints for painting, writing on and adorning the bunnies are the acrylic paints (e.g. Outdoor paint, Allround paint, Ultimate Sheen paint, chalk paint Chalky), media, markers, decorative metal and much more besides.
