Batik hand-dye paint

A cool look and a colourful outfit - the traditional hand-dyeing technique Batik is trendy and makes you want to be creative.

The powdery batik hand-paint of Rayher is perfect for dyeing white fabrics made of cotton, silk, linen, nettle and more such as dresses, t-shirts, scarves, bed linen, cotton bags and many other textiles in brilliant, strong and lightfast colour shades using the sophisticated batik technique. The powdery paint for dyeing does not have to be boiled, but has to be sprinkled into approx. 40-50°C warm water and dissolved.

The colour result and the colour intensity of the textiles depends on the concentration of the dye bath, the duration of the dyeing and also on the type and quantity of fabric.

10 g of batik hand-paint are sufficient for approx. 125-150 g of fabric. Your dyed textiles are washable at 30°C afterwards. For long-lasting pleasure with your dyed accessories and to maintain and improve the wash resistance and colour brilliance, we recommend the additional use of a fixing agent (item no.35020000).

For special effects, you can e.g. partially tie the textiles with string, thread or rubber, or create sophisticated colour transitions with multi-coloured dye baths. Batik is as individual as you are!
