Instructions in 5 steps Here’s how to crochet a pretty decorative basket using Braidy yarn.

And this is how it works:

Step 1

Crochet double crochet stitches in the holes of the small crochet bottom using yarn and a crochet hook.

Step 2

Crochet around 8 rounds in double crochet stitch, working in the knit-look crochet stitch.

Step 3

Knit-look crochet stitch: Work double crochet stitches, but do not work into the stitch itself; instead, always insert the crochet hook between the two V-shaped legs of the stitch from the previous round.

Step 4

In the last round, crochet double crochet stitches into the back loop only. Then cut the yarn and hide the yarn ends by weaving them in.

Step 5

Trim the suede scraps, make holes using hole punch pliers, and stitch them firmly to the middle of one side.
