Water-based. To fix leaf metal. Shake pen thoroughly, push tip several times, until leaf adhesive shows. Apply even and thin, put leaf gold on, smooth it carefully, let dry for approx. 10 minutes, remove spare leaf gold with soft brush. Store pen horizontally.
