Cast a candle holder or a pretty decorative tray with this DIY set. Wonderful decorative houses arise from the casting mould Illuminated Houses 2 that can be later optimally combined to your liking with the supplied wooden illuminated houses. Nicely arranged on the candle holder, they become a beautiful decorative element for your home.

Silicone casting mould Candle holder oval, 18.5 x 10.3 cm, 2.5 cm high, incl. 3 different foil templates (5 pieces of each). Four different casting results can be achieved by covering individual casting mould parts with the enclosed foil templates. The enclosed instructions show exactly how to apply each foil template. Ideal for casting with creative-cement, creative-cement 5in1, Raysin casting powder or casting resin. Material requirements: e.g. jewellery cement and creative-cement 5in1 (approx. 300 g), Raysin 200 (approx. 280 g).
Four houses can be made with the high-quality silicone casting mould „Lichthäuser 2“. Ideal for casting with creative-cement and creative-cement 5in1 (necessary amount: about 490 g), Raysin 200 (necessary amount: about 440 g), casting resin and wax.
Dimensions of the four houses (L-length/H-height/the common width in the upright position about 1.8 cm):
1. Length: 4.5 cm, Height: 8.5 cm
2. Length: 4.5 cm, Height: 7.0 cm
3. Length: 9.9 cm, Height: 9.0 cm
4. Length: 4.1 cm, Height: 12.1 cm
How to use the casting mould:
Before use, rinse the mould with water. No extra release agent such as oil or the like is required. Fill the mould with the casting compound and let it dry thoroughly. Thanks to the extremely elastic silicone material, the cast item can be easily demoulded after drying. Clean the mould afterwards with water and some dishwashing detergent – thus, it retains its shape and can be reused. The casting mould is made of high-quality silicone, extremely elastic, dimensionally stable and frost- and heat-resistant (from -40°C to +240°C).
The most suitable paints and media for painting, writing on and adorning are the acrylic paints, e.g. Outdoor paint, Allround paint, Ultimate Sheen paint, chalk paint Chalky, markers, decorative metal and much more besides.
Wooden decoration Illuminated Houses: 4 different wooden houses, about 5 mm thick, with beautiful brown edges and in 4 different sizes: 3.4 x 5.5 cm / 3.4 x 6.5 cm / 4 x 10 cm / 6.4 x 8.8 cm.
Whether left as they are or painted, these little houses are a trendy decorative accessory.
