Instructions in 6 steps Shape the hat, beard and feet with your hands. Shape the body of the gnome with kneading-cement.
Beard
Pre-model some kneading-cement by hand, place it on the coated egg and stop up the joints with a finger.
Nose
Mould a small amount of the kneading-cement by hand into a ball-shape and place it as a nose at the modelled beard.
Cap
Mould the cap with kneading-cement and put it on a top of the egg. Then model the pointed end of the cap and attach it laterally.
Feet
Model with the kneading-cement two equally large, elongated ovals and place them on a pad. Then put the dwarf’s body onto them and stop up the joints.
Besides the articles listed below, you also need: Paper towel, disposable gloves, container for kneading of the kneading-cement (e.g. bowl with lid), stable support e.g. the lid of a plastic bucket, brush, stable support (e.g. the lid of a plastic bucket), small tin as a stand for the styro-foam egg, small container with water
And this is how it works: 1
Step 1
Mix the kneading-cement in the ratio 9:1 (9 parts of cement / 1 part of water). This corresponds to about 100 ml of water. Stir the water slowly, gradually add it while constantly kneading, until the desired consistency is reached. Knead the mixture thoroughly.2
Step 2
Take some cement between the palms, press it flat and coat thinly step by step the styro-foam egg.Beard

Hint: The cement mixture should be smooth. If the cement is cracky during kneading, just sprinkle it with some water. You can work out on the joints with a lightly moistened brush.
