The wet floral foam is characterised by an exceptionally high water absorption capacity and optimum water release – a perfect basis for fresh and long-lasting floral decorations. Please follow the given tips and instructions for watering, soaking and processing: the container for watering should be large enough to allow sufficient fresh water to be used. The highest suction power and water absorption can be achieved at a water temperature of about 18˚C. Carefully place the floral foam on the water surface so that it floats. DO NOT submerge or pour water over the foam, as this will prevent the air from escaping from the floral foam. The inner centre should remain dry and does not serve as a water reservoir as desired. The water reservoir ensures the long durability of the flower decorations. In addition to adequate water quantity, the quality of the floral foam is decisive for the durability of the flowers. The foam is available in many sizes and shapes. The ring-shaped wet floral foam brick should be placed on a plastic base.
